The technology is not there yet to capture all the license plates that broke speed limit, but you never know, eventually something like this will be used to catch speeders.

I grew up in South Africa - this is how most traffic fines are assessed - by camera - they have been for decades (even before digital camera’s). You literally receive a photo and a fine in the mail. No idea why the US is so behind.
